Colour Chips

Done with your home painting project?  Chances are you have stacks of left over colour chips from the paint store.  Before you throw those colourful bits of paper away, here are some creative ways you can recycle them into cheerful crafts.  TIP:  They’re also handy for teaching the little ones about colours and shapes.  Check out some creative ideas we found on Pinterest.

As a kid I always grabbed paint chips by the handfuls so the crafting with paint chips always makes me feel nostalgic. I especially like the heart ones pictured!

We LOVE the mobile idea and hanger (great way to recycle those dry cleaning hangers) is easy to hang on the wall! If you don’t have any paint chips on hand ask your local paint store if they have any left overs from old collections.

What a brilliant idea! I would have never thought about making earrings out of the paint chips. Looking forward to reading more from you.

Even if you don’t have any paint chips on hand ask your local paint store if they have any extras or leftovers. At our store, we always have some from old collections that we’re happy to donate!
